Hi Phil, That's what I get for being a four star general in the Space Cadets. I posted the previous comment here instead of Becky's blog. Oh well, I will now post it there:)

Hi Becky, You certainly aren't me! You aren't old enough or fat enough:)

In spite of my advanced years I am still a work in progress, currently going through a major shift and am waiting to see what comes out of it.

Thanks for your kind words about my blog. I wrote a companion piece to yours at my other blog http://mappingcompanysuccess.com/2009/11/who-are-you/

Nice to meet you Phil and Scott!

I'm Melissa.

I have not read StrengthsFinder, but it is now on my list as I like to read and am always looking for tools to help me learn more about my strengths and how I can use them for the greater good.

My Myers-Briggs profile has changed over time -- I used to be INFP (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving), but now I'm more toward ENFP. Introversion comes out now and again, though.

I am passionate about helping others reach their goals. This has led me to work in nonprofit management for 15 years. Now, I write a blog and tweet to help job seekers.

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

I have two children.

I am the fifth of six children.

I have a gaggle of nieces and nephews.

I'm Scott Griffin

My Strengths Finder results are as follows:
• Learner
• Intellection
• Ideation
• Adaptibilty
• Includer

My Strengths Based Leadership skills are:
• Strategic Thinking - one who keep us all focused on what could be.
• Relationship Building - are the essential glue that holds a team together.

My Meyer-Brigs profile is ENTP (Extraverted iNtuitive Thinking Perceiving)

Nearly all ENTPs will recognize the following characteristics in themselves:
• The ability to hold many points of view in mind and see their differing merits.
• Seeing ways to do things others have not thought of.
• Able to give quick and diverse answers to any question of interest.
• Seeing the other side of a situation and making it known.
• Being able to juggle many differing jobs or processes at the one time.
• Easily capable of holding your own in any argument or discussion.
• The ability to quickly find the best or most useful side of others.

My communication style is:
• Spirited
• Considerate
• Systematic

I am a husband, friend and uncle. I have been a computer technician, production manager and district service manager (and seek other opportunities). I also have several computer certifications, including security, along with an MBA degree (GPA 3.85)

I am half Swedish and Canadian (of Welsh decent) and am the first US born member in the family. Outside of speaking English, I know some Swedish, Spanish, and sign language.

I have several nieces and nefews ... of which one niece is an Olympic hopeful.
